POSITION SUMMARY The Director of Safety & Security provides strategic leadership for all aspects of the Club's security, safety, emergency preparedness, gate operations, and security technology. This position is responsible for protecting the Club's members, guests, employees, homes, facilities, and assets while ensuring security operations support Birnam Wood's commitment to exceptional service, professionalism, and operational excellence. As a member of the Club's leadership team, the Director works collaboratively with members, homeowners, employees, contractors, public safety agencies, and fellow department heads to create a safe, welcoming, and well-managed community.
