Point O' Woods Country Club, a Robert Trent Jones Sr.-designed course founded in 1958 and longtime home of the Western Amateur, is seeking a Director of Agronomy to lead all golf course and grounds operations.
Reporting to the General Manager, this role oversees a 23-person team (including two Assistant Superintendents), a $1.65M operating budget, and 16,000 annual rounds across 150 maintained acres. The Director will drive agronomic planning, capital projects, and team development while protecting the integrity of the club's storied design.

Ideal candidates bring:
- 10+ years of progressive golf course management experience
- Bentgrass/Poa annua expertise in similar climates
- A track record leading capital projects (greens, tees, irrigation)
- Strong budgeting and team leadership skills
- GCSAA CGCS status preferred
