Kinsale Golf & Fitness Club is seeking an experienced, personable, and motivated Food & Beverage Manager to join our leadership team.

We are looking for a hands-on hospitality professional who brings positive energy, exceptional attention to detail, and a genuine passion for creating memorable experiences for our members and their guests.

Reporting directly to the Food & Beverage Director, this individual will play a key leadership role in supporting daily operations, developing our staff, and maintaining the high standards of service expected at a premier private country club.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with and support the Food & Beverage Director in overseeing daily food and beverage operations. Lead, motivate, train, and develop employees while fostering a positive, team-oriented work environment. Maintain exceptional service standards with a strong focus on attention to detail, consistency, and hospitality. Build genuine relationships with members and guests, creating a welcoming and personalized dining experience. Assist with employee scheduling, training, performance management, and daily operational needs. Support the planning and execution of club events, private functions, wine dinners, and special dining experiences. Collaborate with the culinary team and other departments to ensure seamless operations. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, presentation, and dining room appearance. Proactively identify opportunities to improve service, efficiency, and the overall member experience. Remain visible, approachable, and actively involved during service. Promote communication, accountability, professionalism, and teamwork throughout the department.

Qualifications & Experience

3–5 years of restaurant or hospitality management experience required. Previous experience in a private country club, upscale restaurant, hotel, or similar hospitality environment preferred. Proven ability to lead, train, motivate, and develop a successful team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining exceptional service standards. Positive, energetic, personable, and approachable leadership style. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment. Working knowledge of food, wine, spirits, and dining service standards. Strong work ethic, dependability, and willingness to take initiative. Ability to work collaboratively with department leadership and other club departments. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.

Compensation & Benefits

Starting salary: $60,000 annually, with compensation based on experience. Full-time, salaried leadership position. Employee benefits available after 60 days of employment. Paid time off.
