Rumson Country Club is looking for a well rounded PM Line Chef. The right candidate will be responisible for prepping, rotating, and working there own station. They will be asked to be creative with weekly specials and help out with other function. Any extra talents will be considered in compensations Ex. (being able to set up a raw bars, Talents in Garde Mager, Sauces and Dressings)
Typical schedule would be Wednesday- Sunday 12-10. After station is setup, and candidate is comfortable with schedule they are welcome to come in earlier/later as needed. Overtime is available in extra functions and golf outings.
