Join our vibrant golf course team as a Beverage Cart Attendant, where you will be the friendly face delivering refreshing drinks and snacks directly to players on the course. Responsibilities
Operate the beverage cart efficiently, serving drinks, snacks, and light food items to golfers while maintaining a clean and organized cart.
Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring proper cash handling and sales recording.
Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities while providing excellent customer service.
Restock supplies regularly, monitor inventory levels, and communicate needs for replenishment to management.
Maintain food safety and sanitation standards by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols.
Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner, addressing questions about menu items and course amenities.
Assist with basic food preparation tasks when necessary, including assembling snack packages or preparing simple beverages.
Requirements
Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail environments .
Must be 21 years old.
Familiarity with the game of golf and golf etiquette.
Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable.
Strong customer service skills with an energetic approach to engaging guests on the course.
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations confidently.
Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures.
Excellent time management skills to serve multiple customers efficiently during busy periods.
Physical ability to stand for extended periods, walk across the course, and lift light supplies as needed.
