About Ae Game Golf Ae Game Golf is a premier indoor golf facility dedicated to instruction and helping golfers of all levels develop their skills and passion for the game. We focus on creating a welcoming environment where players can learn, improve, and fall in love with golf. Position Overview We are seeking an aspiring PGA Professional to join the Ae Game Team as an Apprentice Golf Instructor. This individual will work alongside our experienced Director of Instruction, Ae Cahill, who will provide mentorship and support as you develop your coaching skills and client base. This is an excellent opportunity for a newer coach to gain instruction experience and grow their career while working with diverse clientele in a state-of-the-art indoor facility. Key Responsibilities Instruction Conduct adult and junior golf lessons for clients of varying skill levels Help beginner golfers develop fundamental skills and passion for the game Utilize TrackMan simulator technology and SAM PuttLab putting software for lesson instruction Create positive learning experiences that encourage continued engagement with golf Sales & Business Development Promote membership sales and lesson packages Engage with walk-in clients to promote services and programs Educate clients on golf equipment including clubs, balls, and accessories Drive product sales through knowledgeable recommendations and customer service Facility Operations Open and close the facility as needed Manage front desk operations including client check-in and simulator bay setup Maintain facility cleanliness and perform minor equipment repairs Assist with budget preparation, revenue tracking, and operational reporting as needed Client Relations Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage retention and referrals Serve as a knowledgeable resource for equipment-related questions Support club fitting and putter fitting processes Qualifications Required Interest in a career in the golf industry Avid golfer, previous experience with competitive golf No prior golf instruction experience required Familiarity with TrackMan or other golf simulator technology Knowledge of current golf equipment across various manufacturers Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Interest in becoming a PGA Member Previous coaching experience Previous retail/sales experience in golf industry Club fitting experience Active social media presence What We're Looking For Passionate Educator: Genuine enthusiasm for teaching golf and helping students improve Student-Focused: Commitment to helping beginners develop a love for the game Growth-Oriented: Eagerness to learn and develop as an instructor Team Player: Collaborative approach and willingness to work with our experienced staff Sales-Minded: Comfortable promoting services and products to enhance client experience What We Offer Competitive base hourly salary plus commission for lessons taught Mentorship from Director of Instruction Ae Cahill Complimentary access to cutting-edge golf simulator technology for personal use Discounted/staff pricing on golf equipment Opportunity for professional growth and development Supportive team environment focused on instruction excellence Application Process Interested candidates should submit their resume and a brief cover letter explaining their passion for golf instruction and experience working with beginner golfers. *Ae Game Golf is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.* Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $18.00 - $50.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Work Location: In person
