Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of grilled foods with precision and attention to quality standards. Prepare mixed drinks and serve alcoholic beverages. Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and provide knowledgeable recommendations to enhance their experience Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, payments, and sales transactions Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the grill station, food prep areas, and dining spaces in compliance with food safety regulations Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods Requirements Previous experience in food preparation or working in a quick service or fast food restaurant is highly preferred, Cooking frilled foods and serving alcoholic beverages experience required. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding, and order calculations Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Experience in food industry roles such as serving, cashiering, or bussing is advantageous Kitchen or café experience is beneficial but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential Join us as a Patio Grill Attendant and be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences through excellent food service!
