Pool Server

In this role, you will be the welcoming face at our poolside dining area, delivering exceptional food and beverage service to guests in a lively, upscale environment. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience at the poolside area Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of sanitation, food safety, and presentation Assist with food handling, setup, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness of the service area Manage guest inquiries professionally, providing information about menu options and amenities using OpenTable or similar reservation tools Support the team with basic cash handling and cashiering duties during shifts to ensure smooth transactions Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings preferred Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking efficiently Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience in serving, bussing, or host/hostess roles within the food industry is highly desirable Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy; previous cashiering experience is advantageous Join us as a Pool Server and be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences!
