About the Role
Our People First
We believe great hospitality starts with great people. Our team is passionate about creating memorable experiences while supporting one another through a culture of teamwork, respect, and growth. Whether you’re just starting your career or bringing years of experience, we value individuals who take pride in service and want to be part of something bigger than themselves. Together, we work hard, have fun, and make a meaningful impact every day.
What You’ll Do
As a Dishwasher at Greenville Country Club, you’re a key part of delivering great hospitality by keeping the kitchen stocked, clean, and ready for service. This role exists to protect food-safety standards and help the culinary team move fast and confidently.
Responsibilities include:
Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, cookware, utensils, and kitchen tools
Keep dish and work areas clean, organized, and compliant with sanitation guidelines
Put away clean items promptly and restock kitchen stations as needed
Support closing tasks and help maintain a safe, tidy back-of-house
What you’ll bring:
Reliable attendance and a team-first mindset
Comfort working on your feet in a busy kitchen environment
Ability to lift/carry items and work safely with equipment and cleaning products
Experience is helpful, but we’ll train the right person who’s ready to learn
A Shift in Motion
You’ll step into a fast-paced rhythm—quick check-in with the kitchen team, then you’re rotating through steady waves of plates and pans as service builds. Between rushes, you reset your station, keep pathways clear, and make sure clean items are back where the line expects them. As the shift winds down, you help bring the space back to ready for tomorrow, leaving the kitchen organized and set up for the next service. Expect a schedule that includes weekdays, weeknights, weekends, and holidays.
Benefits That Matter
We offer a strong benefits package designed to support you on and off the clock: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Life Insurance, Flexible Spending Account, Paid Time Off, plus a Snack/Drink Room and Employee Discounts. This is a full-time role paying $18/hour.
