In this fast-moving kitchen, you’ll keep the operation flowing so our guests enjoy fresh burgers, tacos, salads, and more in our energetic indoor and patio setting with golf-course views. Key Responsibilities
Efficiently wash, sanitize, and organize all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans during high-volume service
Maintain spotless kitchen, dish area, floors, and equipment while following strict sanitation and safety standards
Support the line cooks and team by clearing stations, taking out trash, and helping with light prep or bussing as needed
Keep the kitchen running smoothly so the front of house can focus on delivering great guest experiences
Requirements
No prior experience required — we provide full training
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and thrive in a fast-paced, warm kitchen
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player with a can-do attitude
Flexible availability, especially evenings, weekends, and holidays
Food Handler’s certification (or willingness to obtain) is a plus
