Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and personable Waiter/Waitress to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will deliver outstanding service to our guests by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a memorable dining experience. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a warm atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.
Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, offering recommendations when appropriateTake accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POSServe food, beverages, and cocktails efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and safetyProcess cash and card transactions accurately, including sales upselling to enhance guest experienceMaintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, service stations, and dining areas in compliance with food safety standardsAssist with food preparation, beverage service, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as neededProvide exceptional guest relations by addressing inquiries promptly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their visitSkills
Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining settingsStrong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, and Jonas for reservations managementExcellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hoursKnowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniquesAbility to upsell menu items confidently to increase sales opportunitiesExceptional customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitudeBasic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilitiesFood safety certification and understanding of sanitation protocols in the food industryExperience with food handling, serving, bussing tables, host/hostess duties, cashiering, and guest relationsJoin us to be part of a dynamic team that values hospitality excellence!
