Kitchen Staff

Description The White Mountain Country Club are seeking dedicated kitchen staff members to assist with the daily operations of our food services. The positions are mid-April and will run through mid-October. We are a Private Club located in the White Mountains of Arizona at 7200 feet. With mild temperatures in the 70's and low 80's, this is the perfect place to be for the summer. The responsibilities of the kitchen staff include, but are not limited to, food preparation, cooking, cleaning, dishwashing and ensuring the kitchen areas are compliant with health and safety regulations. Our ideal candidate is a team player, has excellent multitasking abilities, and is able to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment. · Shift meals provided · End of season Bonus Program · Golf privileges Requirements Assist with food preparation tasks such as washing, peeling, and cutting fruits and vegetablesPrepare simple dishes like salads, entrees and sandwiches under the direction of the cook/chefComply with all food safety and hygiene regulationsMaintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas and equipmentAssist in inventory management and restocking of kitchen suppliesHelp in the setup and breakdown of the kitchen area before and after service hoursFollow recipes and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant
