Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our dedicated team at Bridgemill Athletic Club . This is a position responsible for maintaining the beauty and functionality of our esteemed golf course. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as mowing fairways, greens, and rough areas using various equipment including riding mowers, triplex mowers, and walk-behind mowers.
Operate specialized machinery for aerating, topdressing, and fertilizing greens to maintain optimal turf conditions.
Assist in the installation and maintenance of landscaping features, including trees, shrubs, and flower beds.
Maintain bunkers, ensuring they are properly raked, edged, and filled with sand to meet the highest standards.
Follow strict safety protocols and keep the work area clean and organized at all times.
Communicate effectively with the Golf Course Superintendent and other team members to ensure efficient workflow and resolve any maintenance issues promptly.
Uphold the golf course's image by presenting a professional appearance and providing outstanding customer service to members and guests.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Previous experience in golf course maintenance or landscaping preferred.
Ability to operate and maintain various golf course maintenance equipment and machinery.
Strong physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Must possess a valid driver's license.
