About the Role
TaylorMade Golf is looking for a Senior Manager of Facilities who leads from the front. This role owns HQ facilities planning, maintenance, engineering, and regulatory operations at our Carlsbad headquarters, working across three fronts: building and leading a high-performing Facilities and General Services team, running point as project manager on construction and infrastructure work, and serving as a trusted partner to business leaders across the company.
Essential Functions And Key Responsibilities
People Leadership — Lead and develop the Facilities and General Services team, including performance management, coaching, and succession planning.Project Management — Own construction, space planning, employee moves, and infrastructure projects from bid to completion, managing budgets, timelines, and subcontractor performance.Facility Operations — Manage preventative maintenance, mechanical/HVAC systems, energy conservation, and facility drawings across TaylorMade's North America sites.Site Services — Oversee café, pantry, and mailroom operations at the Carlsbad HQ.Business Partnership — Partner closely with Legal, Security, Safety, and business leaders to keep projects and daily operations on track.Environmental Health & Safety — Serve as the primary contact for audits, inspections, and local permit renewals (AQMD, water, stormwater, CUPA, CERS) and lead chemical and hazardous materials policy, storage, and compliance.Emergency Preparedness — Co-own the Building Emergency & Safety Team (BEST) with Corporate Security, including training and drills.
Knowledge & Skill Requirements
Strong planning and organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, budgets, and timelines.Ability to negotiate contracts and effectively manage vendor relationships.Solid understanding of facility engineering disciplines, building trades and specialties.Ability to manage fast paced and urgent situations with a calm presence and demeanor.Strong customer service orientation, treating internal employees and departments as customers and responding with urgency and professionalism.
Education & Experience
5+ years of corporate facilities management experience, including 3+ years leading and developing a team.Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, industrial engineering, construction management, or equivalent experience preferred.OSHA 30-Hour General Industry certification; CSP (or equivalent safety certification) preferred.CPR/AED/First Aid Instructor certification and Corporate Security experience are a plus.

TaylorMade is a performance driven organization and our total rewards approach to compensation is designed to support this. We consider many factors in determining base compensation, including position scope, job related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location. The expected annual base pay range for this position is $130,000 - $145,000. Additional benefits, such as health & wellness, performance bonuses, product discounts, holidays, paid time off, etc. may also be offered in accordance with our plans.
