Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Houseman/Setup Crew member to join our team at Dayton Country Club in Dayton. This position works to manually support the food and beverage department and its managers. The ideal candidate will be a multi-tasker with great attention to detail.
Duties/Responsibilities
Prepares the room for dining service by placing tables, chairs, and furnishings for all dining services.
Moves tables and chairs as directed for proper room setup. Dusts and cleans dining area prior to and after dining shift.
Breaks down rooms upon completion of events.
Assists the Maintenance Supervisor in upkeep of the facility
Provide support to housekeeping staff as needed.
Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of Club food and beverage operations.
Qualifications
High school graduate or equivalent.
Ability to lift fifty (50) pounds or more while arranging room setups.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on hospitality.
Previous hotel or country club experience is a plus.
Flexibility to work varied shifts as needed; we are looking for part-time or full-time individuals who are available mornings, evenings, or weekends (Saturday/Sunday).
