The Event Houseman is a preparation-oriented position that focuses on getting Cascade Hills Country Club’s event spaces ready for our service team before or after events. The Event Houseman is a part-time, hourly position with a dynamic schedule structured around CHCC’s fluctuating event schedule.
Duties:
● Be on the floor and ready to work in full proper uniform by scheduled in time.
● Work Independently or in tandem to set up Event spaces by utilizing BEOs, Floor Charts packets and communication with the Event Management team.
● Setting up Event equipment including but not limited to tables, chairs, linens, audiovisual equipment, decor, food service items, beverage service items, etc.
● Provide support to our maintenance and housekeeping teams including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, stocking, painting, drywalling, etc.
● Assisting as support during events in either the front of house or back of house as needed.
● Keeping all of Cascade Hills Country Club’s storage areas clean and organized.
● Assist in transporting decor items for the Event team.
● Working both indoors and outdoors to set up our event spaces.
● Required to stand on your feet for long lengths of time as well as climb stairs, balance, kneel, crouch, bend, or stretch.
● Required to Push, Pull, or lift up to 50 lbs.
● Must work a fluctuating schedule including early mornings.
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
