We pride ourselves on professionalism, hospitality, and creating a welcoming, high-end atmosphere. POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking an experienced and personable Bartender to join our team. This role is responsible for providing excellent beverage service while creating a welcoming and engaging environment for our members and guests. WHAT YOU’LL DO Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests Mix cocktails with consistency and attention to presentation Recommend wine, beer, and specialty drinks to guests Provide friendly, professional service at all times Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar Handle guest tabs and payments accurately Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service Assist with event and banquet bar service as needed Work collaboratively with service staff and management WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Previous bartending experience required Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine Excellent customer service and communication skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Reliable and dependable Preferred: Experience in a country club, restaurant, or hospitality setting Bartending certification SCHEDULE Flexible scheduling (full-time or part-time) Must be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays BENEFITS Employee discount Flexible scheduling Opportunity to work in a professional, team-oriented environment WORK LOCATION In person – Fawn Lake Country Club, Spotsylvania, VA At Fawn Lake, we don’t just serve—we create an exceptional experience.
