Head Golf Professional

The Gate Golf Club is seeking a motivated and experienced Head Golf Professional to join our leadership team as we prepare for our late-2026 opening in Naples, Florida. Established in 2023, The Gate is a nonprofit golf organization created to expand access to the game and positively impact the Southwest Florida community. The property will feature a Jacobsen-Hardy designed 9-hole regulation golf course, a 30-bay TrackMan practice facility, an 18-hole putting course, Golf Academy programming, a full-service restaurant, and additional food and beverage amenities. Reporting to the Director of Golf, the Head Golf Professional will play an integral role in building the golf operation from the ground up and supporting its day-to-day leadership after opening. Responsibilities will span golf operations, staff development, the Golf Academy, instruction and player development, tournaments and events, merchandising, tee sheet management, practice facilities, and the overall guest experience. This is a unique opportunity for a hands-on golf professional who wants to be part of a new operation from its earliest stages, help establish its culture and standards, develop a strong golf team, and contribute to the growth of golf within the Naples and Southwest Florida community.
