Responsibilities
Greet members and guests warmly, providing clear directions and information about the course and club amenitiesManage tee sheet operations, coordinating start times efficiently to ensure a seamless flow of playMonitor course safety, enforce rules, and address any conflicts or disputes promptly with professionalismAssist with guest services, including answering questions, providing course guidance, and supporting special events or tournamentsOversee guest arrivals and departures, ensuring smooth check-in processes including cash handling when necessaryMaintain a visible presence on the course to ensure safety standards are upheld and to assist players as neededSupport event management activities by coordinating logistics for tournaments, outings, or private functionsDemonstrate excellent customer service skills by engaging positively with diverse guests of all ages, including children and familiesRequirements
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or resort environments preferredStrong background in events management and conflict resolution skillsExcellent communication skills with a confident public speaking presenceKnowledge of food service operations or hospitality industry standards is beneficialDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitudeJoin us as a Starter/Ranger to help craft unforgettable experiences at our private golf club.
