About the position
This role involves managing the starting of golfers, providing customer assistance, and ensuring smooth operations on the golf course. The Starter/Ranger will use an iPad for check-ins and tracking, enforce rules, and educate golfers on course policies and etiquette. Excellent customer service and a strong understanding of golf are key to success in this fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Use an iPad to check in customers at the Starter StationProvide information and assistance to customersTrack turn times and finish times throughout the day using an iPadEnforce daily cart rulesEducate and assist golfers on pace of play, course rules, and golf etiquetteProvide excellent customer serviceRequirements
