LMGC Grounds Crew Location: Sparta, NJ – Sussex County Course: Private, 18-Hole, Member-Owned Lake Mohawk Golf Club is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Daily Grounds Crew members. This is a seasonal, hands-on position for those who enjoy working outdoors, taking pride in maintaining a beautiful golf course, and being part of a supportive team. Responsibilities: • Perform daily course maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, and edging • Assist with tee, green, and bunker upkeep • Operate and maintain grounds equipment safely • Collect debris and maintain clean course conditions • Assist with irrigation and watering as needed • Follow directions from the Superintendent and lead staff • Contribute to team safety and maintain a positive work environment Qualifications: • Previous groundskeeping or outdoor maintenance experience preferred but not required • Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and flexible hours during the golf season • Strong work ethic and attention to detail • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and work in all weather conditions • Team player with a positive attitude Compensation & Benefits: • Competitive hourly pay • Daily meals provided • Golf course access • Supportive, member-owned club environment Join Lake Mohawk Golf Club and help maintain one of Sussex County’s most beautiful golf courses while gaining hands-on experience and being part of a dedicated team.
