Assistant Golf Professional Golf Club in Vero Beach, Florida is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional. Position Overview: Provide and exceptional experience to all Orchid Island Members Member engagement Manage tournament operations in addition to Men’s and Ladies Days Use of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Jonas, and Golf Genuius Assist in the management of the daily golf operations Assist with golf instruction to members and guests of the Club with both private lessons and group clinics Assist with the merchandising program in the Golf Shop Work with the Golf Shop Manager with displays, inventory, and the promotion and sales of merchandise Demonstrate to ability to work well independently Playing with Members of all skill levels Requirements Active PGA Member or Associate in good standing 3+ years of private club experience Extensive knowledge of golf operations, tournament operations, and instruction Extensive knowledge of Golf Genius Tournament Software Knowledge in ForeTees Tee Time system Compensation $925.00 – $925.00 per week.
