Assistant Golf Professional Golf Club in Roswell, Georgia is looking for an Assistant Golf Professional. Position Overview: The Golf Club is seeking a friendly, member-focused, service-minded individual who wants to grow within the golf industry. The role combines golf operations leadership, member engagement, tournament administration and staff management with an emphasis on overseeing the Outside Golf Services team. Key Responsibilities • Lead and mange outside services team. • Hire, train and develop outside services team to provide a consistent and memorable golf experience. • Provide a hospitable environment for our members and their guests ultimately resulting in a memorable experience. • Manage daily golf operations and daily play – start on the first tee and monitor pace of play. • Assist with tournaments using Golf Genius. • Manage tee sheet through ForeTees software. • Daily communication between outside service staff, agronomy, and food and beverage departments. • Support junior golf and instructional programs. • Conduct private golf lessons. • Maintain golf cart cleanliness standards and proper maintenance practices. • Play golf with the members and participate in PGA section and chapter events as time allows. • Maintain progress toward PGA of America membership.
