Junior Golf Coach - Buffalo Grove

Chicago School of Golf is seeking a full-time Junior Golf Coach for our Buffalo Grove location. This coach will deliver high-quality instruction, lead junior programs and camps, and help us build strong, long-term relationships with students and families. The role works closely with the Director of Instruction and Director of Junior Programs on curriculum, coach development, and program growth.

Our Buffalo Grove programs currently serve approximately 120 juniors in weekly programs, 350 summer campers, and 70 competitive players. Our goal is to double our junior offerings over the next three to four years. We’re looking for a coach who wants to help shape that growth while giving each student a positive, development-focused experience.

Our work is guided by family, integrity, collaboration, positive energy, and helping students set and reach meaningful goals.
