Elite Food & Beverage Director | Golf Club Leadership

Ocala Golf Club, part of Troon, is seeking a full-time Food & Beverage Director to lead all F&B operations, including the restaurant, banquet spaces and satellite outlets. The ideal candidate will have a BA and strong leadership, budgeting and vendor management skills. You will develop menus, control costs, forecast revenue, and supervise a team of chefs, managers and servers while ensuring compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
