Golf Course Maintenance Worker

Job Summary Oak Hills Golf Course is currently accepting applications for full time/seasonal grounds positions. Duties include performing course setup, mowing of greens, tees, fairways, rough, raking bunkers, string trimming, filling divots, and general golf course maintenance and projects. Our ideal candidate would be available for the full golf season, March through mid-November. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain all areas of the golf course, including greens, tees, fairways, bunkers, and landscaped areasMow and trim turf using riding mowers, walk mowers, trimmers, and blowersAssist with daily course setup (hole locations, tee markers, bunker raking, ball mark repair)Help with irrigation, basic equipment upkeep, and preventative maintenanceAssist with course projects such as seeding, sodding, edging, and bunker repairsPerform basic landscaping tasks including weeding, planting, and bed maintenanceSupport seasonal operations such as spring/fall cleanup, aeration, and tree workEmpty trash, pick up litter, and help keep the course clean and professionalAssist with other maintenance duties and special projects as neededSchedule SCHEDULE: The work schedule is flexible, typically Monday-Friday 5:00 am to 1:00 pm, and Saturday-Sunday 5:00 am to 9:00 am. There is flexibility within that to work certain days of the week or weekends. The ideal candidate will be available for the length of the full golf season which typically runs from mid-March to mid-November. Requirments Must be willing to start the workday as early as 4:30 a.m.Must be physically able to perform duties such as walking, some heavy lifting and/or moving of heavy items, and repetitive motions.Se Habla Espanol Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour Work Location: In person
