The Assistant Golf Professional is a key member of the golf operations team, assisting the 1st Assistant Golf Professional and/or Head Golf Professional in managing all golf-related activities at the facility. Pay range: $21.00-$23.00/hour Qualifications, Knowledge and Skill Requirements: • 1-2 years golf industry experience preferred • College degree (PGM) preferred • PGA Member or Apprentice • Strong customer/guest orientation • Strong communication skills • Polished interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect quickly with people • Basic computer skills • Dependability Position Responsibilities: • Assist in managing facility and staff • Process customer reservations • Coordinate individual, group, and tournament play as directed • Assume duties of the 1st Assistant Golf Professional in their absence • Produce daily reports for management • Work with marshals and starters to monitor play, pace, and safety • Provide customer service to expedite check-in • Perform other duties as assigned Additional Information: • Seniority level: Entry level • Employment type: Full-time • Job function: Golf Operations • Industry: Hospitality Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Troon by 2x.
