Position Overview Hermitage Country Club is seeking an enthusiastic, service-oriented, and highly motivated Assistant Golf Professional to join our Golf Operations team. This individual will play an integral role in delivering an exceptional golf experience through outstanding member service, tournament and event administration, daily golf shop operations, and support of the overall Golf Department. The successful candidate will demonstrate professionalism, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for creating memorable experiences for members and guests. Essential Responsibilities Deliver exceptional service to members and guests while promoting a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Assist with the daily operation of the golf shop and outside golf operations. Plan, organize, and administer tournaments, leagues, and member events using Golf Genius Tournament Management.
