Part-Time Member Relations Coordinator
Deercreek Country Club – Jacksonville, FL
Part-Time | 24–30 Hours per Week | $20.00 per Hour
Deercreek Country Club is seeking a friendly, outgoing, and organized Part-Time Member Relations Coordinator to support member engagement, communications, events, and the overall member experience.
This is a highly visible, member-facing position ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating welcoming experiences, and helping members feel connected to the Club. The Member Relations Coordinator will work closely with Club leadership and other departments to support day-to-day member needs, events, and engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a welcoming and professional point of contact for members and guestsBuild positive relationships with members and help create a warm, engaging Club environmentAssist with member communications, announcements, newsletters, emails, and event promotionsSupport the planning, coordination, and execution of member events and activitiesAssist with new member onboarding and introductions to the ClubHelp maintain member information, event registrations, and related recordsRespond to member questions and requests and help direct them to the appropriate department when neededWork collaboratively with Golf, Food & Beverage, and other Club departments to support member programmingGather member feedback and communicate opportunities to enhance the member experienceProvide administrative and organizational support for member relations initiativesAssist with additional Club projects and activities as needed
Qualifications
Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, events, membership, or a similar member-facing role preferredFriendly, personable, and comfortable interacting with a wide variety of peopleStrong written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized with excellent attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced hospitality environmentComfortable using email, Microsoft Office, and other basic computer systemsProfessional appearance and demeanorAbility to work independently while also collaborating with a team
Schedule & Compensation
Part-Time: approximately 24–30 hours per week$20.00 per hourSchedule may include occasional evenings or weekends based on Club events and activities
