Director of Membership

Greensboro Country Club has an opportunity for an exceptional, service-oriented professional to join our team as Director of Membership . The Director of Membership is responsible for achieving membership objectives established by the Club, including membership growth, retention, engagement, and member satisfaction.

The Director of Membership develops and executes cost-effective membership sales and marketing strategies, cultivates relationships with prospective and current members, and coordinates programs designed to strengthen member engagement and retention. This position is highly visible throughout the Club and engages with members across all activity centers to build positive relationships and promote the overall Club experience.

The Director of Membership serves as a professional ambassador for Greensboro Country Club and represents the Club in relationships with prospective members, current members, community contacts, and other external constituencies. The Director works collaboratively with the General Manager, Senior Management Team, Membership Committee, and department leaders to ensure effective communication and promotion of Club amenities, programs, activities, and membership opportunities.
