Join our vibrant team as a Golf Course Starter/Ranger, where you will be the welcoming face and guiding presence on the course. As a key ambassador for our facility, you’ll manage tee time flow, assist players with course navigation, and uphold safety standards—all while creating a lively, friendly atmosphere that encourages repeat visits and positive memories. Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing clear instructions and information about the course and tee times
Manage tee sheet operations, ensuring smooth flow of play and timely start times for all groups
Monitor course activity to promote safety, resolve conflicts, and address any guest concerns promptly
Assist players with course navigation, including explaining rules, pace of play expectations, and providing directions
Enforce course policies related to safety, etiquette, and conduct to maintain a respectful environment
Communicate effectively with staff and guests using public speaking skills to relay important updates or instructions
Support event management activities such as tournaments or special outings by coordinating logistics and guest services
Maintain a lively and engaging presence on the course, encouraging positive interactions among players of all ages—including children and families
Experience
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality roles.
Conflict management skills to handle disputes or misunderstandings professionally and calmly
Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments while maintaining a positive attitude and excellent guest relations
