About the Role
Cape Club Resort is seeking a motivated and professional Restaurant Supervisor to help lead front-of-house operations and maintain a high standard of hospitality throughout our restaurant and member dining experiences.
This position is ideal for someone who is hands-on, service-focused, organized under pressure, and capable of leading a team while creating a welcoming atmosphere for members and guests alike.
Responsibilities
Supervise front-of-house staff during lunch, dinner, and events
Assist with floor management, service flow, and guest satisfaction
Support opening and closing procedures
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and service standards
Help train and coach team members
Communicate effectively with kitchen and management teams
Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently
Assist with restaurant setup, member events, and banquet operations as needed
Support the Director of Food & Beverage with operational execution and service standards
Qualifications
Previous restaurant or hospitality leadership experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Weekend and evening availability required
Country club, resort, or banquet experience is a plus
