Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Golf Course Superintendent who is passionate about restoration projects, agronomic excellence, and building a winning team culture. This is a unique opportunity to lead a dramatic turnaround at a course with tremendous natural potential and ownership fully behind the effort—both financially and operationally. Requirements • Proven experience as a Golf Course Superintendent with a track record of successful turf improvement and team leadership. • Strong understanding of irrigation systems, including design, repair, and modernization. • Knowledge of high-salt turf management practices and disease control specific to Southern California climates. • Excellent communication and organizational skills with an emphasis on planning, budgeting, and documentation. • California Qualified Applicator License (QAL) or ability to obtain within 90 days.
