Position Overview: The Golf Course Superintendent is responsible for the overall maintenance, operation, and management of the golf course and surrounding grounds. This includes agronomic planning, budgeting, staffing, and maintaining the golf course in excellent playing condition throughout the year. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with strong turf management expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering a first-class golf experience. Requirements • 3–5+ years of experience as a Golf Course Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent. • Degree or certificate in Agronomy, Turf Management, Horticulture, or a related field preferred. • Washington State Pesticide Applicator’s License (or ability to obtain within 90 days). • In-depth knowledge of turfgrass science, irrigation systems, pest/disease management, and equipment operations. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Experience with budgeting, cost controls, and capital planning. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Commitment to environmental stewardship and best practices in sustainable turf management.
