About the Role
We’re looking for a high-energy Club Coordinator to help run the heartbeat of our club. This role blends sales, hospitality, operations, events, and community building. You will be leading the front desk Host team, bringing special events to life, supporting social media, and making sure every guest leaves smiling (and coming back).
What You’ll Do
Lead, schedule, and support front desk hosts while setting the tone for service and cultureOwn the full guest experience—from first check-in to last goodbyeOversee membership salesSell, plan, and execute special events (charity tournaments, corporate team-building, private parties, community events)Coordinate social media content and promotions that reflect the club’s energyKeep the facility looking sharp by managing cleaning schedules and presentation standardsAssist with basic budgeting, tracking, and day-to-day operations
Compensation & Benefits

What We’re Looking For
Comfortable with modern software systems (POS, scheduling, CRM, social platforms)Minimum 2 years experience in a similar leadership roleStrong sales skills and processesStrong technical aptitude and quick learnerBackground in sports, recreation, fitness, or hospitality, preferredSolid understanding of the sport pickleball—or excited to become deeply fluent in the cultureOrganized, personable, and thrives in a fast-paced, social environmentFlexible availability, including evenings and weekends
