Duties Perform routine inspections and maintenance of building systems, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing components Conduct repairs using mechanical knowledge to address equipment issues promptly Assist with residential painting projects and general facility upkeep to maintain a clean, safe environment Support supervising staff by completing assigned maintenance tasks efficiently and following safety protocols Respond quickly to maintenance requests from staff or management to minimize downtime and ensure safety standards are met Experience Proven experience in facilities maintenance preferred. Hands-on knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing and mechanical repairs Prior supervisory or leadership experience in a maintenance setting is advantageous Strong customer service skills to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders Proficiency in English for clear communication and documentation Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older Prior experience preferred Must have reliable form of transportation Manages time well and is self-sufficient Strong work ethic and pays attention to detail Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends when needed Join us as a Facility Maintenance Member part time and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to maintaining high standards of safety, efficiency, and service.
