Position Title: Facilities / Maintenance Technician
Reports to: Maintenance Supervisor
Work Schedule:
Part-Time: (20+) hours/week
Job Description:
Responsible for the overall maintenance and cleanliness of the facility.
Position Overview:
The Facilities / Maintenance Technician is responsible for the daily upkeep, repair, and general maintenance of the building and surrounding property. This role ensures the facility remains clean, safe, and fully operational for staff, members, and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
General Building Maintenance
Perform routine inspections of the facility to identify needed repairs.
Complete minor repairs such as patching drywall, fixing door hardware, replacing ceiling tiles, and addressing basic plumbing or electrical issues.
Assist with HVAC filter changes and basic troubleshooting.
Painting & Surface Repair
Prep and paint walls, trim, doors, and other surfaces as needed.
Repair dents, holes, and other cosmetic issues throughout the building.
Outdoor Upkeep & Power Washing
Power wash walkways, patios, and exterior walls.
Maintain cleanliness of entrances, grounds, and outdoor structures.
Preventive Maintenance
Follow established maintenance schedules for equipment and building systems.
Document completed tasks and report issues requiring further attention..
Ensure cleanliness and readiness of all member-facing areas.
Safety & Compliance
Maintain a safe work environment and follow all safety protocols.
Identify and report hazards, leaks, pests, or other facility concerns.
Other Duties
Support special projects as assigned.
Work collaboratively with management and other departments.
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
