Responsibilities
Greet members and guests warmly upon arrival, providing excellent customer service and answering questions about the golf course and shop offerings
Handle cash transactions accurately, process sales, and manage point-of-sale systems with precision
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the golf shop, including merchandise displays and equipment storage
Assist with event management duties such as tournaments or special outings, coordinating logistics and supporting guest needs
Manage guest inquiries related to tee times, course rules, and other amenities while ensuring a positive experience
Support conflict management by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally to uphold high service standards
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and deliver exceptional hospitality experiences
Skills
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Experience in events management or coordinating group activities is a plus
Ability to handle cash accurately and work efficiently with point-of-sale systems
Conflict management skills to resolve guest issues diplomatically and effectively
Previous experience in food service or hospitality environments enhances your ability to serve guests seamlessly
Lifeguard experience or working with children can be beneficial for supporting family-friendly events or activities
Public speaking skills useful for hosting events or providing instructions during tournaments or outings
