Golf Attendant/ Pro Shop Manager North Olmsted Golf Club Job Overview Join our team as a Golf Attendant and/or Pro Shop Manager, where you will help our golf operations and guest experience! In this dynamic role, you'll oversee daily golf course activities, ensure exceptional customer service, manage the pro shop, and create memorable moments for our guests. Whether coordinating events or managing retail operations, you'll play a vital part in delivering an outstanding resort experience. Duties Greet and assist guests with tee times, equipment rentals, and retail purchases to ensure a seamless experience. Oversee daily golf course operations, including cart management, course maintenance coordination, and safety protocols. Handle cash transactions accurately, and maintain records of sales and stock levels. Help with the organization and hosting of special events such as tournaments, clinics, or themed outings to boost guest engagement. Provide exceptional guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts promptly, and ensuring all visitors feel valued. Supervise staff members and volunteers during busy periods or special events to maintain smooth operations. Enforce safety standards on the course and in the shop while promoting a fun yet responsible environment. Skills Background in customer service with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences. Experience in events management, organizing tournaments or social gatherings at a resort or recreational setting. Excellent conflict management skills to handle guest concerns or disputes professionally and positively. Cash handling expertise ensuring accurate transactions and record keeping. Experience working with children in recreational or educational settings to engage young guests effectively.
