Growing our execution, our business and our team along side of a booming region.</p> <ul> <li>Managing the Golf Operations and Pro Shop</li> <li>Plan, promote, and direct all golf activities, including the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of golf operations, managing day-to-day personnel functions and carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Club’s policies and applicable laws</li> <li>Prepare annual and monthly budget and operating plan for golf operations; identify and present other options that will increase revenue or reduce costs while maintaining the highest quality programs and services possible for the members and take corrective actions as necessary to help assure that budget goals are attained</li> <li>Consult with the General Manager on the golf course and practice range operation, maintenance, and rules while administering, interpreting and enforcing all Club rules and policies that govern the use of the course, golf cars, and other golf-related facilities</li> <li>Cooperate with the Grounds Superintendent on maintenance issues that affect the playability of the golf courses</li> <li>Under the direction of the Golf Committee, implement and administer a system governing the start of play and the handicap system</li> <li>Providing golf instruction and clinics to members and guests and provide age and skill appropriate golf lessons and design and conduct golf clinics for all skill levels</li> <li>Overseeing tournaments and events coordination</li> <li>Supervising golf staff and concession operations</li> <li>Managing merchandise sales and inventory in collaboration with the Club</li> <li>Promoting golf programs to enhance member participation and satisfaction</li> <li>Prepare and present a golf report to the Board of Directors each month</li> <li>Regularly playing golf with members across all segments of the Club's membership to foster relationships, encourage participation, and enhance member engagement; be open and interested in members’ suggestions, resolving issues as they arise, including presentation of more difficult issues and possible solutions to the General Manager</li> <li>Developing and implementing strategic plans for golf operations to align with Club goals</li> </ul>
