About the Role
## Join Our Team at Blue Mountain Resort
We’re looking for a Golf Maintenance Worker to join our dedicated crew this season. This is a seasonal, full-time position running from September through November, with a starting wage of **$18.00 per hour**.
### What You’ll Do
Your main goal is to create outstanding playing conditions and uphold the highest standards of course quality and safety—ensuring every guest enjoys a golf experience that surpasses expectations. Day-to-day, you’ll be moving tee blocks, raking and operating bunker machinery, and maintaining bunkers to prepare for play. You’ll operate grass cutting machinery to care for greens, tees, fairways, and rough, and use mowers and line-trimmers to keep bunker areas, signage, and small work areas looking sharp. Collecting course garbage is also part of the routine.
### What We’re Looking For
- A valid Driver’s G License
- Comfort working in all weather conditions
- Ability to handle a physical job
- Reliable transportation
- A good team player attitude
No prior experience in golf maintenance is required—just a willingness to learn and contribute.
