Our ideal candidate should possess excellent customer service and communication skills, an outgoing personality, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. We value reliability, enthusiasm, and a desire to help our guests have an enjoyable experience. If you have experience in the golf industry, that’s a plus! If this sounds like the perfect fit for you, we’d love to hear from you.\n\nResponsibilities: Provide outstanding customer service to Topgolf guests Greet guests and facilitate their experience throughout their visit Answer questions and address any issues that may arise Assist guests with golf clubs and provide instruction on proper golfing techniques Ensure the golf course is kept clean and in good condition Work with the Topgolf team to ensure the best possible experience for guests Assist with special events as needed Follow all safety procedures and regulations Maintain knowledge of the golf industry, trends, and best practices
