Swingers - the crazy golf club is looking for a Caddie to join our team in Boston! We offer excellent benefits and compensation of $10 per hour plustips.

This role is eligible for a $1,000 signing bonus for Seasonal team members who work Full Time Hours (30 hr/week) while employed for the Holiday season. This bonus will be paid after 3 months, pending good standing.

The role:

Caddies are responsible for the ultimate fun guestexperience on the Crazy Golf Course. They are the interactive guides to andactive participants in the guest experience on our Crazy Golf Courses. Caddiesprovide beverage service, participate in golf and experience-enhancingactivities with guests and colleagues in adherence to the Swingers ethos,policies, procedures and goals.

Our perfectcandidate has:

A knackfor creating exciting and outstanding experiences for others, and passion forinteracting with guestsMinimum6 months experience as arunner and/or busser in a busy environmentTIPS alcohol certificationStrongcommunication skillsPassion for hospitality and a desire to growwithin the companyThe ability to work under pressure and to a highstandardThe capability to meet the physical and schedulingdemands of the position, including walking, standing, or lifting heavy itemsfor extended periods, and working nights, weekends, and holidays
