Maui Club Cook II — Fine-Dining Prep at Luxury Resort

Discovery Land Company’s Makena Golf & Beach Club in Maui, HI is seeking a Club Cook II to join the Food and Beverage Culinary Department. The Cook will support the culinary team by preparing a range of dishes, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and contributing to memorable dining experiences for members and guests.

You will work all stations on the hotline, help develop menus, ensure 100% quality, and follow sanitation standards.
