Serves food and beverages to guests in an efficient, timely, and professional manner. &bullOperate a cash register and follow cash handling procedures. &bullOrganize and account for products and supplies. &bullOperate a beverage cart when needed and keep it properly stocked. &bullComplete all required opening and closing procedures. &bullAccountable for daily cash bank. &bullRotates all perishable products and discards all expired products. &bullKeeps snack bar area clean and orderly throughout the day. &bullRemoves all trash inside and outside at the end of shift. &bullOperates the grill to prepare menu items to serve to guests. &bullSecure all keys in proper designated location at the end of shift. &bullEnsures all food and beverage products are always kept in quality order. &bullKnowledgeable in serving alcoholic beverages in accordance with state law. &bullResponsible for cash deposit and correct paperwork accounting at end of shift. &bullAssist golfers with all food and beverage needs in a courteous manner. &bullOccasional shifts on beverage cart when needed. &bullPromotes a positive relationship with team members in all departments. &bullLight cooking and food preparation. QualificationsSafety Responsibilities and Requirements Actively demonstrate, encourage, and model safety rules and guidelines in accordance with state and federal law. &bullReport safety or hazard concerns to management immediately. &bullReport any work-related injury to management immediately. &bullTake personal responsibility for safety every day. Qualification-Requirements Experience - Education &bullPrevious food and beverage experience with a golf facility preferred. &bullMust be able to work a flexible schedule to include nights and weekends. &bullExcellent communication skills. &bullAbility to stand throughout a shift.
