Our Line Cook is responsible for coordinating with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to ensure our a la carte member dining is executed so as to maximize the dining experience for our members and their guests. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Oversee daily pre-service prep of our a la carte dining menu
Contribute to the creation and preparation of daily features
Ensure all menu items are prepared, plated and served according to standard by all service line staff
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment that meets or exceeds all regulations and health codes.
Set an example to other staff for professionalism, work ethic, and interpersonal interaction
Requirements
We require at least two years of previous line cook experience in a fine dining or upscale country club environment. While a culinary education is preferred, it is not required. Most importantly, a strong work ethic, a desire to grow and learn, a passion for our industry, and pride in one’s own work are required.
