We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to assist our Sous Chef and Executive Chef with daily culinary operations.

In this role, you will help prepare and serve à la carte lunch and dinner menus, as well as execute high-volume banquet functions for member events. prepare fruits and vegetables by washing, peeling, and cutting. Monitor food temperatures, taste and test dishes for quality, and maintain strict sanitation standards across all food preparation and storage areas. Cover, date, and rotate food inventory daily to manage portion control, freshness, and eliminate waste.

Help create daily specials, communicate inventory or equipment shortages to chefs, and assist in preparing family meals for staff. Safely operate and transport food items across the grounds using a golf cart. A degree in Culinary Arts and/or 2 years of related kitchen experience is preferred.

Flexible schedule with the ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. S. citizen or possess a valid, verifiable work permit. Comfortable working in variable kitchen temperatures (hot, cold, humid) as well as outdoor event environments across changing weather conditions.
