About the Role
A luxury hospitality destination in the heart of wine country is seeking a talented and guest-focused Massage Therapist to join our Spa team on an on-call basis. This role is ideal for a passionate wellness professional who is committed to creating elevated guest experiences through exceptional massage and body treatments in a refined and welcoming spa environment. Our team is dedicated to providing warm, personalized service while delivering a relaxing and restorative experience for every guest and member who visits the Spa.
Position Summary
The Massage Therapist is responsible for providing professional massage and body treatments while ensuring an exceptional spa experience for guests and members. This role also supports the overall cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the Spa and treatment areas.
Candidate must have at least 3 years previous spa or wellness experience, perferably in a high end spa. Availability needed is Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday 4-6p. This position reports to the Spa Manager and Lead Massage Therapist.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality massage and body treatments tailored to guest needsDeliver exceptional guest service in a calm, welcoming, and professional mannerAssist with developing and promoting seasonal spa specials and treatment offeringsSupport treatment procedures and spa service operationsMaintain cleanliness, organization, and consistency in all massage treatment roomsMonitor and restock inventory and supplies in treatment areasAssist with maintaining clean and organized linens and supply areasHelp ensure the overall Spa environment remains inviting, polished, and guest-ready at all timesProvide support at the Spa Reception desk as neededCollaborate positively with fellow Spa and hotel team membersPerform other duties as assignedThis is a Part Time position offering sick time holiday pay(if worked), 401K Retirement Plan, 401K Employer Match, Free Parking, Free Meals, Free Golf, Club House Discounts and much more.
