Golf Cart Attendant

Escena Golf Club is an award-winning, Nicklaus Design golf course in a prime Palm Springs location. Our golf shop and restaurant were fully renovated a year ago and we are a top destination for golfers & diners.. We are looking for energetic, outgoing, service-oriented associates to be a part of our inside and outside golf operations team.

The Cart Attendant plays a vital role in ensuring a positive experience for guests by maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the cart area. This position involves interacting with customers, assisting with their needs, and providing exceptional service in a friendly, efficient and team-oriented manner. The Cart Attendant is essential in creating a welcoming environment that enhances guest satisfaction.

*Duties*

- Greet guests warmly and assist them with any inquiries related to cart services.

- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cart area, ensuring all carts are properly stored and accessible.

- Monitor the availability of carts and ensure they are in good working condition.

- Assist guests with loading and unloading their items from carts as needed.

- Address any guest concerns or conflicts in a professional manner, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during events or busy periods.

- Provide support during special events, enhancing guest experiences through excellent service.

- Strong customer service skills to effectively engage with guests and address their needs.

- Conflict management abilities to handle guest concerns calmly and professionally.

- Experience in events management is beneficial for assisting during special occasions.

- Familiarity with working with children can enhance interactions in family-oriented environments.

- Guest services experience is essential for providing top-notch assistance to visitors.
