Golf Cart Attendant

Responsibilities Safely operate and navigate golf carts around the course, ensuring guest safety at all times Assist guests with boarding, disembarking, and loading/unloading equipment or personal belongings Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering directions, and engaging with guests in a friendly manner Conduct routine inspections of golf carts to ensure proper functioning and report any maintenance issues promptly Maintain cleanliness and organization of carts and designated storage areas Adhere to safety protocols, including manual handling procedures and emergency response procedures such as CPR or first aid when necessary Support event management activities by coordinating cart logistics during tournaments or special events Requirements Prior experience in outdoor work environments, hospitality, or event venue operations is preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse guests, including children and groups Knowledge of safety protocols including CPR, first aid, and conflict management techniques Ability to perform manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting and processing cash transactions using POS (Point of Sale) systems Experience working with children or in resort settings is a plus Familiarity with retail sales, food service, or theater experience enhances guest interaction skills Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions and maintaining a professional appearance at all times Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating small vehicles or golf carts is advantageous Embark on an energetic journey where your proactive attitude and commitment to guest satisfaction will shine.
